The post on Self worth got a fair bit of response in my Inbox
We would all like a little more it seems
One of things I think it comes down to is being cool with who we are..
So we stop the constant people pleasing that we can get in to
Take the average day in social media
I get countless messages from folks asking me to be different..
‘Too nice’
‘too direct’
‘Too loud’
‘Too quiet’
‘Stop swearing’
‘Stop talking so much’
‘Be more to the point’
‘You’re not for me’
And then the other side of it when people review us and say stuff like
====
Simons is a bald, bearded ginger voice of calm in a mad world and has helped me find my own peace and calm when previously chaos and exhaustion reigned.
====
Simon is .. do you know what? I genuinely can’t put it into words, Amazing, Genius, a life saver?
None of them justify the incredible impact working with Simon has had on me.
====
Simon is hands down best mindset coach in the UK
====
Simon is 100% legit Jedi. I met him 2.5 years ago and I was a mess… fullstop.

How much did we pay these I wonder? ^^
Joking aside
Who’s right and who’s wrong.
Everyone is bloody right, people are only projecting their preferences on to us
Imagine trying to please all people about all things?
You end up pleasing no one.
We just can’t. It’s exhausting and demoralising
Knowing who we are and what we are about is crucial
As the old saying goes
‘Making friends with the person in the mirror’
After all if we approve and can see we are doing our best with what we have
Maybe that is enough.
It’s just another reason building a level of self worth is crucial
And a good place to start is always in accepting who we are 100%
Doesn’t mean we can’t change it.
But acceptance is always the first part of change
