I was mid live yesterday talking about the real problem that comes with using a lot of distraction techniques when it comes to the mind…

That dreaded feeling of waking up anxious and stressed each morning, almost dreading it as you open your eyes

It’s so common these days isn’t it?

And then the majority of advice you will hear is that

You are anxious because you aren’t doing anything..

That you need to exercise, distract yourself from your thinking with something else

And that’s what I used to think back in the day

Until I realised each day that battle seemed to start afresh each morning

Eventually there is only so much distraction and endorphins you can mask it with until you realise it’s always there in the background

And that is the most exhausting routine to be in, and it’s why I keep banging on about it

Because so many people are stuck in that loop and it’s not your fault

Sure we all feel uneasy about something new before it’s done

But needing to keep the mind ‘busy’ each day to feel good is a recipe for disaster

And so after I had a great Question..

WHY? Why do I wake that way each day?

Well when you consider that 95% of our thinking is a subconscious habit every day

Just the same thoughts rattling through our mind each and every day

And that those stress, anxiety, overwhelming thoughts are undoubtedly a habit stored there

And coming from either the constant repetition of day to day thinking slowly building up to a full blown daily experience

Or the memory of something that happened that completely side swiped us and is lodged there

Then its seems even more obvious that changing those patterns is the path to freedom..

And that is where the secret to our Success in Unbreakable lies –

Learning how to let go and create better patterns

And you will be amazed how from there you can feel good…. for no reason at all

You can feel at home with your thinking not always trying to avoid it..
