Busy times in Unbreakable right now

So busy I even caught myself NEARLY making the fatal error of saying I needed to get all this stuff done so I could stop feeling overwhelmed

We have a 7 day Challenge running right now that is on fire and so interactive

A 30 day just finishing up and people moving over to our Academy to continue their progress

A mastery program in full swing

An Online members only event Saturday

A week long Unbreakable Hangout in Malvern that is packed every day

A new APP for our members to train their brain

A book being started

Oh my I know I’m boring myself

So there I was with all this new stuff going on…

And I was about to fall in to the ‘take massive action’ mistake

And then I remembered – I stand against that nonsense that keeps people in a loop of daily fire fighting

And returned to the wisdom of my great Piano teacher Miss Annie..

When I am struggling with something she doesn’t get me to speed up and do it faster

She stops me.
Makes me go slower.

And that is the skill…

When we feel like we need to speed up, very often we need to slow down

And so I did

I slowed down. Meditated, journalled, quick training sessions and a milo walk

And that massive list looked smaller…

It also looked a lot more enjoyable…

Fast life? Usually a fast Mind.

Chaotic life? Chaotic mind
