Ever feel like now’s not the right time?
Let me remind you that it’s the ONLY time.
Yeah I know cliche but doesn’t mean it’s not true
Very often we get caught up in thinking stuff like
‘I’m in too crap a place to start feeling better’
I get it
But it’s useful to remember that no amount of feeling bad helps us to feel good
If we are struggling and delaying improving it until things get better they generally don’t
That for things to get better – They have to start getting better
And that is done now
You don’t have to jump from 0-100
You don’t have to smack a smile on and pretend it’s all ‘OK’
It doesn’t mean making everything all good
But starting…
Getting moving
Taking some small steps
That has to be done.
