Ever feel like now’s not the right time?

Let me remind you that it’s the ONLY time.

Yeah I know cliche but doesn’t mean it’s not true

Very often we get caught up in thinking stuff like

‘I’m in too crap a place to start feeling better’

I get it

But it’s useful to remember that no amount of feeling bad helps us to feel good

If we are struggling and delaying improving it until things get better they generally don’t

That for things to get better – They have to start getting better

And that is done now

You don’t have to jump from 0-100

You don’t have to smack a smile on and pretend it’s all ‘OK’

It doesn’t mean making everything all good

But starting…

Getting moving

Taking some small steps

That has to be done.

What could you do to feel slightly better today?

Is a question I ask a lot to people who msg me

The answers are always simple

Get outside

Speak to a friend

Hit the gym

Meditate/journal

Go out this evening

Offer out my product

No matter if we are flying along living the dream

Or if we are going through tough times

We all know something that will move us the slightest bit forward..

The trick is to remember that little hinges swing big doors

Just turn the dial a degree

And each little turn adds up to a massive shift
