I love me some James Bond..

And by James Bond I mean the Daniel Craig one..

Of course other Bonds are available – But he is the Bond of my era

And in my opinion he is a top man

So when I got all excited about the new one coming out this year, to only be put back until next year

I was a little pissed off 🤣

But hey it gave me an opportunity to go back and watch the others

And something came to mind

Bond can’t quite let go of the past can he?

It almost follows him about..

Ever since he felt betrayed by Vesper he has been unable/unwilling to attach to anyone or trust..

And that is the thing about the past. It can shape us

From the small things that happen, like the setbacks, failures and disappointments that stop us from trying again

To the big things like the pain, loss, hurt etc..

One of the best things I ever learnt is how that affects us,stays with us emotionally and how to let it go..

So many times we get stuck in our heads using logic and intellect

We can understand WHY maybe, or even find some kind of meaning, lessons and purpose from it

But emotionally we can’t let it go.. (maybe some things never truly let go emotionally)

And so it follows us around every day

However we have helped hundreds of people this year let go of a past they felt stuck and chained to and create a better future

By using practices that encourage coherence and other great emotional techniques

Because solving an emotional issue takes an emotional practice

The constant looking for answers mentally only comes up short when we can’t embrace it emotionally.

So if you feel stuck in the past, and like you have been looking for answers intellectually that never feel good enough

Then don’t consider yourself or your future a lost cause

Consider that maybe you just haven’t learnt the correct practices yet​​​​​​​
