How many of you have some form of incident in the past that kicked off how you feel now?

^^ Asked that question on a live and the answers back were predominately yes..

I’m not a big fan of going back to the past (you will know that if you read our stuff a bit)

Thing is though

Past incidents really do bleed in to the future a lot

Anxiety caused by something in the past day to day

Afraid of failing at something because we failed before

Hiding from things we would really like because of it going wrong in the past

They say time is a healer

They mean normaliser

Nothing heals – If we aren’t in actual fact healing

The problem with having incidents like that is they have a lot of energy attached – and so the memory is strong

And that energy makes it very easy for our awareness to travel to it now..

And before we know it we are back feeling that same way while sat eating breakfast

Or we find ourself being drawn to the same emotions and thoughts day after day

Even worse – We avoid similar situations and create on times some beliefs around it dictating our future even more

That’s why

Removing the energy around those things is crucial.

Cutting through the emotion attached has to happen.

We don’t need to make sense of it, so much as to shift that energy on

Or in my experience people stay anxious, afraid, stuck

That’s the kinda thing we teach in our 30 day Mind Programs, and you will be amazed what happens when we cut the emotional chord to that stuff

A Free Mind being just one of the incredible benefits

And so a trip back to release some energy is beneficial
Mulling it over only makes it worse

But if we want better control of our awareness (which we all would benefit from)

Letting go energetically is a big deal.

Especially if we really want to get the best out of ourselves.
