Confidence is what the people need

^^ Read that the other day

And I kinda get it you know.

It was about the nation getting back out there and living in this ‘new normal’

It can be scary right?

Thing is though confidence for me is a two sided coin

And none of those sides for me include anyone else

Side 1 would be

BEING

As in a huge amount of our confidence has to come from accepting who we are and knowing ourselves

When we know who we are it gives us that nice inner confidence that is so attractive

And that kind of confidence isn’t a the mercy of external things that can rob us of it

You know the stuff others opinions, our poor results and our setbacks

In fact it makes us bulletproof to that stuff

And then there is the one that can help us in this case

DOING

We can get a lot of confidence from what we do and how we do it

Right now I have pretty much an appropriate care around old Covid -19

Because I am confident I am doing the right things and following the guidelines, and confident I am doing the best I can with my health

I have actively been looking after it for years.

Exercise
Nutrition
Stress management
Stuff for my Soul
Supplements for my immunity
Hydrating

So I feel in a good place.

I realise lots of people will have a lot of different circumstances going on, and I get that.

However we can all start to fo a few things that will help us feel more in control

And that is where I think we can go with it

You can’t control what others do.

You can’t control anything other than yourself.

But what else is new? We have never been able to.

I can’t control how others drive, but I still jump in a car each day and try to drive sensibly..

So practicing the appropriate steps.

And starting to look after ourselves

Seems the best position to take

It will certainly give you a lot more confidence when you know you are doing all you can to improve your well being

Move well
Sleep deeper
Breathe better
Hydrate more
Eat a little more Veg

These are things I know that have given me more confidence in my own health..

And that the thing that hasn’t is looking for it from anything outside of me
