Challenge Post
1. I hit the 30 day meditation drag…and I’m not stopping there, loving meditation
2. Scored a job at a higher grade after tough selection process
3. A dont cry much anymore (unless it’s a sad movie)-so my depression isn’t anywhere near as bad as it was
4. I got the ex off the deeds and sorted mortgage, now have my own home I can improve and make my own
5. I’ve been told I seem happier by quite a few people now
6. I can value and notice things that are going well for me
7. When meditating in the garden last week my youngest came over to me and without talking just gave me a little shoulder massage and a hug💞
8. I was brave enough to go through with a minor surgery despite it locking me down for another month when everyone else was easing lockdown
9. I didn’t let that stop us going camping…we camped in the ‘out back’
10. I can start wood fire or charcoal BBQ as good as any man
11. My allotment is productive despite being abandoned for a month because of isolation and me efforts before it
12. I’m not deflated or overwhelmed by the weeds down there now I can get there, I just weed one bed, or a half everyday and it’s looking better already
13. I get outside more
14. I don’t feel guilty reading a book or having a night off to soak in the bath over housework
15. I have goals and I have achieved targets in my 90 days
16. I did the long longed for day trip to beach with my girls last Friday and it was amazing and loads of space
17. I know me & what I value in me and want to see more of
18. I’m aware or awareness and can shift it sometimes but I know I can get better
19. I’m forming better habits
20. My confidence is growing a little
