For me it’s always the balance between care and OVER care
The constant worry and future predictions slowly build and build in to some serious stress forming habits when we find ourselves OVER caring
Care should be nourishing for the thing we are caring for and ourselves
But very often it moves in to OVER care and had the opposite effect, a stressful one
And before we know it we are constantly in a state of survival and overthinking patterns
